Remote Individualized Design

Independent with physical fitness and still struggling with a nagging problem? Dr. Melissa can help you remotely. We will meet via zoom to learn about your goals, what is going well and what your barriers are. You will be able to complete your workouts independently at the location of your choice and whatever time works for you. Your daily workouts will be carefully curated and delivered through the TrueCoach app. This allows for you to leave real time notes on your workouts so we can address any issues that come up, when they do.

Hybrid Training

This program option combines the freedom of remote program design with a monthly in person touch point. Are you someone who is generally comfortable with physical activity and also looking to learn more about what you are capable of accomplishing? Perhaps you have lacked clear wellness goals, want accountability and genuine coaching that addresses all of the factors that contribute to complete wellness.
